If your or your customer's editing demands a separate file for each reel of film the cost is $9.95 per 1,500 ft. of film. Just tell us in the box what the count is. For example if you have 50 - 1500 ft you would enter "1". If you have 1,501 to 3,000 ft you would enter "2" and so on.

Sequence

READ THIS NOTICE: The return of any film or print to us for transfer or any other purpose will constitute an agreement by you that if any such film or print is damaged or lost by us it will be replaced with an equivalent amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the handling of such films or prints by us is without warranty or liability even though damage or loss is caused by negligence or other default. Customer declares that all material submitted to us for transfer or other reproduction, are not submitted in violation of any copyright laws. Customer will indenify and hold us harmless in respect to any claim of violation of such laws. The material submitted were either created by the customer or the customer has the permission of the copyright owner to duplicate them.

Title Sheet

For easy viewing, keep titles short. Titles should be no longer than five lines in depth or 18 letters and spaces in width. If all letters are upper case, 16 letters and spaces.

PRECEDES REEL NUMBER: This is an important feature. Please enter the reel number in which the title precedes it. Example. Title #1 Precedes Reel number 1. So you would just enter a "1" in the precedes box.
