09/21/2011 Home Movie Transfer - Kent from Fairfax Ken took a collection of film from as old as 40+ years ago and put it all together into a well designed, high quality DVD. As the old 8mm film had no sound, he added an instrumental track to the DVD which complimented the action on the film well. I could NOT be more satisfied with the end product. Ken has my full confidence and recommendation for any future media transfer needs I might have. And the price was certainly more than fair for the quality of the final product received.
08/25/2011 Photo Videos - Donna Maglione from Springfield Va I recently had Ken do a photo montage for my sons upcoming rehearsal dinner. This will be a surprise for the bride and groom. I knew the exact music I wanted and had an idea of the layout of the pictures and some captioning. Ken listened very closely to what I wanted to accomplish. Best of all he was enthusiastic and made it happen. Working on this project was fun and stress free thanks to his organizational skills and talent. He gave me a date for my first viewing and a date for the finalized version. It was ready several days before the date he promised. I have to say I was THRILLED with the outcome and would highly recommend him for this. I have shared it with a couple of close friends and everyone loves it. It really did turn out great! 05/19/2011 Photo Videos - denise from Fairfax I can't thank Ken, at Home Video Studio, enough for the service he was able to provide me. My daughter was getting married and I wanted to surprise her and her fiance at their rehearsal dinner with a DVD, a pictorial really, of their lives from infancy to date. I wanted music for specific pictures and I was at a loss as to how to accomplish this. The wedding was only 2 weeks away! A friend told us about Ken and his services and thought he might be able to help. I gave Ken over 100 pictures, some in very bad shape and he created magic. My new son-in-law watches his copy of the DVD every day and sometimes more than once a day. I think that speaks for itself, but I'll say it again, Ken Sanders is the man to go to for your Digital needs of all kinds. Thank you again Ken, for an amazing job.

We only found Ken Sander after a less than satisfactory movie conversion experience at a local camera store. In our case some of our home movies went back 50 to 60 years and no doubt presented some significant challenges. We also wanted to do our own editing of the converted movies by adding titles and sound and using appropriate grouping of scenes.
We are pleased to report that Ken Sander accommodated all of our special needs quite successfully and did so at a very competitive price. He patiently did the conversions (twice I believe) and stored the resulting digital files on a customer provided portable hard drive, This storage medium allows us to edit the movies to our hearts content on our home Windows OS based computer before burning the DVDs.
We feel fortunate to have Ken Sanders Home Video Studio in our community and are pleased to recommend him for your storage media conversion needs.
03/22/2011 Home Movie Transfer - Alisa from Fairfax This past Christmas, my brother-in-law and I schemed to commandeer our spouses collection of home movies. We then secretly had them converted to a DVD for Christmas gifts by Home Video Studio. We expected the DVD's to be a hit with the spouses (which they were) but we had no idea about how enjoyable, evocative and comforting they would be to the extended family. The home movies that spanned my husbands childhood provided a lot of entertainment for my grown and nearly grown children. However, the greatest impact was not anticipated. My mother-in-law was moved to tears and absolute gratitude when she viewed the young images of her recently deceased son (my husbands brother). The unexpected opportunity to revisit his childhood, even for a short while, was a delight and comfort to her. The preservation of those memories was a priceless gift that we were able to share with several generations. Beyond that, Ken was a delight to work with, as he seemed intuitively able to discern my wishes for production. Even though I was leery of entrusting our family treasures to a stranger, Ken allayed my fears by the respectful way he handled my box of old film reels and listened to my concerns. The whole experience with Ken and his Studio was nothing short of wonderful.

12/23/2008 Home Movie Transfer - Boomer DeConti from Clifton We had over 3700 feet of movies dating from 1964 to 1976. Ken did an amazing job of recovering it and putting it all in date order. He also got everything done in a short period of time so we could have the DVD's by Christmas. My family said it was the BEST present they ever received. I highly recommend Ken and the Home Video Studio.
