My family was extremely impressed and moved to tears when they saw the video/picture presentation I gave to my brother for his 21st birthday. He has Down's Syndrome and is very much into seeing himself and family members on video. He loved it soo much that he has taken it everywhere he goes to show it off! He even showed it at barber shop! I must say Joe did an excellent job at pulling together my ideas and respecting my wishes while also doing what was going to look best. His work exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated him allowing me to see drafts via YouTube before the final cut. He also was kind enough to redo a video of me live at his home, which was not a part of the original plan. 04/20/2011 Video Production - Kelly Cooper from Frankfort I met Joe Buerger through a different industry and found him to be an outstanding person. When he told me that he had branched out, I knew that if I ever needed any kind of video service I would give him a shot without thinking twice. My daughter is a music education major and was interested in going to grad school to pursue a masters degree in Science of Music Technology and needed a video audition of a live performance. It is a much sought after degree program and very few students are chosen. Joe took an amateur recital video of hers, edited it, and put it on DVD with a photo of her in action on the actual disc. It was professionally done and came out great. He exceeded our expectations ten-fold. The university loved it. She was accepted and starts grad school in August! 04/20/2011 Video Services - K'Shea from Chicago I must say that I am quite pleased, more than pleased w/ Joe's work of transferring our wedding tape to DVD along with scanning photo's of us when we were younger as an introduction to our wedding DVD. At first, I was a little skeptical because I found HVS through the internet and a lot of times, you can be leary about services you find through the internet. After communicating w/ Joe many times, reading some of the other testimonials and then watching some of the video clips he did, my nerves were at ease! Joe couldn't of made it easier. Because of the distance from where I live to where Joe is located, I was able to send him everything via FedEx. Once he transferred the tape, we were able to meet in-person. After we met, I was so grateful to have found Joe and his services which are highly professional! To reduce travel, Joe sent us a private YouTube with the introduction/edits he had done and that was fantastic! I highly recommend Joe and HVS to anyone. 04/08/2011 Duplications - Kathleen from Chicago Home Video Service converted nearly 400 full-length music CD's to digital files, organized the files (and the CD's!), and transfered the files to three portable hard drives - all quite quickly. I have sent a drive to each of sisters. Now each of us can enjoy my father's music collection from the comfort of our own computers!
03/13/2011 Home Movie Transfer - Ron Cervenka from Willow Springs My wife and I just watched the 2 video disks you make last
week. They were fantastic. This is of my 1st daughter from 3 months old and her little sister being born. We laughed and had, big smiles, and a few tears about seeing our parents with the kids. Thank-you for doing such a nice job. Even the back ground music was nice. The 1st 8mm films were from 30 and a half years ago. seeing our 1st house and dogs were so nice to see too. My entire family really enjoyed the video you did. We had a number of game DVD's that we wanted put into a Highlight DVD that we could send to colleges, Since my son had a number of injuries during high school he did not have a lot of playing time. The highlights from his senior year were all we had available, You took the time to meet with my son and me to make sure we were satisfied during production. Thank you for a job well done and we will recommend you others needing video work done.

He is not only a super nice person to deal with but he made "magic " happen by getting my DVD's done 2 weeks earlier than planned when I told him that I really needed them. 11/11/2010 Home Movie Transfer - Mike from Bolingbrook Look no further - this is it! What a great service! Joe at 'Home Video Studio' here in Bolingbrook always does a great job. Fast & friendly and at a great price too. Joe took our 40 reels of old film from the 50's and 60's (that hadn't been viewed in decades) and transfered them to DVD complete with the perfect music and titles introducing each reel. My dad said the DVD was the best birthday present he ever received. While he watched the footage he shot 50-some years ago - I watched his reactions and, yes, that was priceless! Joe does it right!

02/07/2010 Home Movie Transfer - Abbey Ferenzi from Lockport, IL I had some 8mm film that I wanted converted into DVD's. The film contained footage of my children, friends and important events. I felt from the beginning I could trust Mr. Buerger to handle our family memories with care. He thoroughly explained the transfer process to me and answered all of my questions in a considerate manner. When we picked up our DVD's, they were accompanied by a popcorn container and some movie theatre candy--what a nice touch! Mr. Buerger was courteous, prompt and professional--I would highly recommend his services.
02/06/2010 Home Movie Transfer - Mike from Aurora Joe did a fantastic job for me transferring a bunch of old 8mm film that my parents took. He was extremely flexible and made the transfers exactly as I had asked (onto a portable hard drive as avi files). He even took the time ot label everything so I can associate computer files with film reels. And the quality of the transfer is fantastic also - great lighting and color. I recommend Joe very highly.

12/09/2009 Digital Video Services - Wayne Thomas from Shorewood I have two video tapes that I have never viewed, and I have been carrying them around since 1983. The videos were recorded using BetaMax technology; consequently, I have never viewed the video tapes. I called Mr. Joe Buerger at Hoome Video Services in Bolingbrook, IL. I asked him if he could convert these video tapes into DVDs. He did an outstanding job! I was able to fianlly see the videos from 23 years earlier.
