Thank you for the excellent quality DVD's you produced from our home videos (that were over 20 years old). When our VCR would no longer play the tapes, we thought all of these memories were lost. Hi! I just wanted to let you know the work you did for me, helping me with my videotape, was truly helpful and appreciated. I submitted my work and earned my certification. You may not remember, but I always will, that you stayed late on a Friday afternoon to work me in your schedule. Then, you completed the work basically overnight. This gave me more time to reflect and write about the lesson on tape. Thanks just doesnt seem like enough. Keep up the great work. Sherry
