08/25/2011 Video Services - Ann McGowan from West Bloomfield Richard and Judy Dunnett have created wedding Keepsake videos for both of our daughters and we highly recommend their work. From assorted baby-through-young adult pictures of the bride and groom and their families and friends, even a handmade card or two, Judy creates a wonderful, moving montage that evokes loving memories and brings families together. She and Richard blend the pictures with favorite songs selected by the bride and groom and the music brings the video to life. People love watching the slideshow during the reception and one person commented that the video is not a collection of pictures - its a work of art. We agree!
Richard and Judy produce quality Keepsake videos and they are lovely to work with during the process. Kind, patient, attentive, and prompt, they make the process a joy from start to finish. We look forward to working with them again soon.

11/14/2008 Digital Video Services - The Fitzgerald Family from White Lake, Our Family History DVD produced by Judy and Richard was so wonderful that it still brings tears to our eyes. After our dad had passed away in December, 2007, we decided we needed to organize many papers, photos, slides, etc. that we had found in boxes. We really didn't know where to begin. Our sister-in-law had hired the Dunnetts to transfer her home movies to DVD. We contacted them and our long journey together began. We had many phone conversations where they patiently guided us on our project. It was several months later when we finally met with them, carrying our box of photos, slides, documents, video, music, and small family mementos. With their excellent professionalism, they offered suggestions for lay-out, music, labeling, and even ways to lower the price. There was never any pressure to make decisions as we continued to ask many questions. When we were called to view our Famiily History DVD, we did so with much joy and a lot of emotion. It was as if Judy and Richard had become part of our family. They took such pride in their work that we were actually satisfied before they were. There is no doubt that we will do business with them again. They far surpassed our expectations and created a priceless DVD for our family.
